    • Laboratory for the control of PCBs, screen-printing frames and solder pastes - Incoming material station to verify the correctness of the material being received
    • Smart cabinets for quick storage and picking of coils with temperature and humidity control - X-ray machine for counting components upon return from production
    • Systems for the control of moisture-sensitive components (MSD) and automatic management of sealing pastes (storage, heating and mixing)

    • Screen printing machines and 3D SPI that guarantee an impeccable application of the sealing paste
    • Forced convection oven with nitrogen and 3D AOI for automated and accurate quality control

  • Through Hole Technology

    Our THT lines combine automation and control, ensuring accurate assemblies of through-hole components. Available technologies include:

    • Selective and wave welding machines integrated into automatic lines
    • Manual welding stations with visual inspection to ensure maximum precision
    • AOI THT top-side/bottom-side for checking the assembly and quality of welds

  • Advanced Testing

    Testing is an essential part of our process. We use advanced technologies for In Circuit, Flying Probe, LED, High-Voltage and Boundary Scanning Testing. Technologies include:

    - In-line 3D X-ray machines for detailed inspection
    - Off-line 2.5D X-ray (China only)

  • Electro-mechanical assembly

    We work with automation companies for the integration of electronic boards in plastic housings, supported by automatic visual checks. We also offer solutions for the assembly of pressfit components, ensuring repeatability and precision.

     

  • Other processes and circuit protection

    To ensure the protection of electronic circuits, we offer the automatic application of conformal coating. We also have machines for automatic depaneling, ensuring precision in the cutting of the boards.
