This Open Day was a heartwarming reflection on seven decades of shared achievements, highlighting the strong community and the dedicated people who remain the true driving force behind the Group.
Plenary highlights
The afternoon began with an engaging gathering in the plenary venue, setting an inspiring tone for a day designed to bring people together across all generations.
Our Executive Chairwoman Sonia Bonfiglioli warmly reflected on 70 years of shared history, emphasizing how the company has constantly evolved and innovated throughout its journey. In her address, she highlighted how that same pioneering spirit continues to define the vision for the future—a legacy built on passion, courage, and deep ties to the community, renewed daily through teamwork and the trust of every family in the Bonfiglioli community.
Then, our special guest Pasquale Gravina, acclaimed volleyball champion and corporate manager, delivered an inspiring talk on the powerful synergies between high-level sports and business excellence, diving into Bonfiglioli’s core values. A particularly meaningful moment during Pasquale Gravina’s speech was its interactive nature: when he asked employees to share the one word that best describes what it means to be part of Bonfiglioli, the overwhelming response was "Family" (Famiglia).

The Plant Tour
Families enjoyed an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the machining and assembly areas in the EVO plant, discovering the precision, cutting-edge technology, and passion behind everyday production.
The Lego Experience
Guided by Toscana Bricks, colleagues and families worked side by side to assemble a large-scale collective artwork celebrating seven decades of history. This masterpiece has now been hung right at the entrance of the Machining area in the EVO plant as a lasting symbol of unity and shared achievement!
The Kids Zone
Filled with continuous laughter, the dedicated children's area featured magic shows, creative workshops, bubble performances, and gelato treats for the youngest guests.
The Monograph
To honor these seven decades of connection and history, guests were also presented with a special 70th-anniversary monograph book—a cherished keepsake capturing the milestones, memories, and people that have built our journey.
A lasting legacy
Throughout the afternoon, guests enjoyed moments of togetherness across the food and beverage areas, signed the official commemorative backdrop.
