Selcom Recognized as Top Employer Italy 2026

Selcom is proud to announce that it has been awarded the Top Employer Italy 2026 certification.

Granted by the Top Employers Institute, the recognition confirms Selcom’s commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive and people-centered work environment, in line with the shared values and standards of the Bonfiglioli Group, of which Selcom is part.

This achievement is part of a consolidated journey of the Bonfiglioli Group, which in 2026 obtained the Top Employer certification for the third consecutive year, extending the recognition to an international level for the first time. In addition to Italy, Bonfiglioli Group sites in Slovakia, India and the United States were also certified, confirming the adoption of structured and consistent HR policies focused on people development across all geographies.
