Through the creation of inter-functional team-work, our technology managers (engineers, technician…) lead Selcom Group to the execution of the project activities ordered by the customer.

Quality Assurance: represents the guarantee for the total quality over all the supply chain. It defines the path to be followed in order to obtain an excellent product quality and processes efficiency. It checks and certifies that this path is constantly followed to guarantee and achieve the highest quality standards. Finally it contributes to the definition of the most functional work methods and processes to guarantee the respect of the regulations about safety on work and environment. Working within the quality assurance means to get the privilege to watch the company from different point if view: from the manufacturing process till the product (ISO 9001-2000 certification and Vision 2000) and from the selection and omologation of the supplier till the final contact with the customer .
Sourcing: The mission of this area is to pursue a long lasting competitive advantage, building economic relationships with reliable suppliers and partners constantly motivated to increase the "value" of supplies in terms of quality, service, time, innovation and cost efficiency.
Here we have very professional buyers, who manage the purchased material by type of product and qualify the suppliers measuring their performance in order to obtain a coherent purchasing policy and to improve their performance.
Finance: its mission is to support the company management to apply and keep under control civil and fiscal regulations and to manage the third party relationship in order to keep under control procedure and operational processes.
It helps the organization on the evaluation of strategic projects and of growth opportunities.
So that this area gives a significant contribution to the development, management and control of the business, following the rules of correctness and reliability.
Human Resources: who works in this area has to be a proactive partner of the function’s managers for the achievement of business goals and the professional growth of the group, granting the best quality of the people and of the organization. The centrality of the people and their protection as well as the development of their skills and competencies is the day by day objective of our human resource department. The centrality of the person and its protection, the development of capacities and skills, represent the objective of the daily work of our HR Managers. The commitment of our human resource managers is to attract, to keep and to develop the best talents defining systems, processes and tools to select, evaluate and enhance them on the basis of their personal and technical characteristics.
