The inductive-capacitive RFI filter, compliant with the European Standard EN 133200, integrates capacitors (X1Y2 or X2Y2) and ring core coils with discharge resistance. Approved by IMQ e/o VDE, this filter offers an excellent suppression characteristics in a wide range of frequencies. It’s available with various capacitive and inductive values with a maximum value of current of 16 amper/ 50Hz.

XY Capacitive filters

EMC Components

Chokes and capacitors X and Y, stand alone or together with RFI filter, are normally utilised in appliance or power tools to reduce the electromagnetic noise emission. The reduced dimensions allow them to be assembled directly on the device that generate the radio interference making their application effective.
