PCMs PMMs
Lithium is currently the most efficient chemistry on the market and it is used on many applications like cell phones, digital cameras, palmtops, mp3 players, notebook computers, power tools and e-bike. Protection circuits are needed to limit voltage and current for safety reasons.
We can provide standard and customised technical solutions for the most common PCMs up to 4S cells, as well as for 5S, 7S, 13S and other multiple cells applications that require complex control and management system (Fuel Gauge and cell balancing) to have a smart battery pack (SMBus communication port allowing access to SOC, temperature etc).
We can help the customer on finding the best solution, that take into account not only the technical aspects but also the commercial one, in order to optimize the costs and meet the market price expectations.
In both our european and chineese facilities, we have developed special systems for the full automatic assembling and testing (ICT and functional) of the PCMs, even for high volumes. This, together with our strict quality controls - from the incoming inspections of material up to the final checks of the PCMs - ensures the high quality attributed to our products. We can provide the PCMs equipped with nickel lead-plates assembled through a reflow process, or external breakers assembled through spot or laser welding and packed in antistatic trays as single pieces.
