Sub-systems

 

Selcom Group offers to the appliance manufacturer the complete supply of sub-systems, incorporating different technologies, to provide the customer with the entire refrigerator panel: critical contents, both functional and aesthetical ones, have to be managed with respect to logistic flows for high volume productions. In this case, the industrial solution implemented completely customized and the sub-system assembly is realized nearby or directly inside the Customer manufacturing plant (“Shop in Shop” solution).

 

In-line production of complete front panels for refrigerators can integrate:

• Electronic control
• Display, rotary switches and programmable push-buttons
• Plastics and metallic parts, both structural and aesthetical ones
• Wiring, including sensors and actuators

 

The specific competencies gained for these applications allow to offer innovative solutions for the electric
system of the refrigerator, including special RFI filters integrated with main socket and /or power cord and plug, acoustic alarm devices, temperature sensor and compressor controls, which manage the variable speed drive by DSP technologies with BLDC.
