Selcom Group’s strategy consists of three main principals:
- Customer focus
Localization of customer support: Selcom Group provides its clients services and suitable geographic coverage in all areas, whilst also offering local support to customers in North America and China.
Creation of long term relations: the possibility to create and to maintain long term relations with the customer, integrating the technical team’s product and process competence, helps to identify more efficient solutions, also under the aspect of the cost target .
- Core processes’ utilization and development
The growing pressure on prices makes the protection of the manufacturing and efficiency process always more determinant in order to preserve the competitiveness and to guarantee future development.
Selcom Group has an organizational structure of efficiency and is able to promote and use the key competences of development, industrialization and efficient production of highly customized electronic products.
- Production localization’s optimization
Selcom Group has in action a process of global production and purchasing through the opening of new production plants in China and Eastern Europe and an International Purchasing Office in Shanghai, with the aim of supporting the Group’s development and answering to more and more global customer’s requirements, whilst making, at the same time, a tight integration with their supply chain.
